At this time of year, we're typically wrapping up our summer and preparing for kids going back to school, starting new end of year projects, and planning for next year.
It's not too early to be strategic. If you've followed me long enough, you understand that strategy is very important in your success journey. You need a plan and a roadmap. Don't be discouraged though. Strategy doesn't take years to build or put in place. Strategy lays the foundation for what is necessary. When done right, it is effective and efficient with quick wins that are long lasting.
