Surviving a Toxic Workplace

The title of this post really should read:

"Not Putting Up With A Toxic Workplace"

... because you really shouldn't.

I'm not going to give you 3, or 4, or even 5 reasons you should go. Because you only need the one reason to seriously consider changing your environment...

"You've identified your workplace as a toxic work environment."

  • Do you go to work (whether virtually or physically) each day and feel the dread, the tightness in your chest, the beating of your heart, or the headaches?

  • Does the thought of going to work put you in an anxious and unsteady mood?

  • Do you feel unmotivated and depleted all day?

  • Do you dread talking with or interacting with certain people or groups within your company?
